What Does the Authorisation Certificate Mean?
Prof. Dr. Alper Çıraklı's Practice is authorised to provide international health tourism services in accordance with the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist's Health.
The International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate is an official document issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Health Services. Healthcare facilities wishing to provide care to patients travelling from abroad must hold this certificate.
What Is HealthTürkiye?
HealthTürkiye is Türkiye's official health tourism brand and promotional platform. It is operated by Uluslararası Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (USHAŞ), affiliated with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health; international patients can find information about authorised healthcare providers at healthturkiye.gov.tr.
How Can I Arrange Care from Abroad?
If you live abroad, contact us by telephone or WhatsApp for an initial discussion. Sharing available X-rays, MRI and previous treatment reports helps assessment; definitive diagnosis and treatment planning follow examination.
For International Patients
Prof. Dr. Alper Çıraklı Clinic holds the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Health Services. The clinic is entitled to engage in international health tourism activities in compliance with the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist's Health.

Call or contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an appointment. Briefly describe your symptoms; we try to schedule your examination and any necessary imaging on the same day.

The clinic is not a 24/7 emergency department. For a fracture, dislocation, open wound, or inability to bear weight with fever, call 112 or attend the nearest hospital emergency department.
