How Long Does the Journey from Ünye to Altınordu Take?

How Do We Arrange Your Appointment?

When booking, be sure to mention that you are travelling from Ünye. For out-of-town patients, we try to arrange examination and any necessary imaging on the same day; this is why a morning appointment may be suggested.

Bring any previous X-ray, MRI and CT images (the images themselves, not only reports), operation reports, a list of your medicines and identification. If imaging was performed at a centre in Ünye, request the CD or digital record; photographs of a screen are insufficient for assessment.

You can contact us by telephone or WhatsApp for an appointment. The clinic generally operates Monday – Saturday, 08:30 – 18:00; as hours may change on operating days, we recommend confirming your appointment before travelling. For the consultation process and procedures available here, see the AC CLINIC page.

What Should I Do in an Emergency in Ünye?

For a newly suspected fracture, dislocation, open wound or cut, workplace accident, crushing injury, finger or limb amputation, or a hand or foot becoming blue and cold, do not set off for the clinic: first call 112 or attend Ünye Devlet Hastanesi emergency department or the nearest hospital emergency department. AC CLINIC is not a 7/24 emergency department, and the 70-kilometre journey would take time that must not be lost in an acute injury.

After initial emergency care, you can book at the clinic for follow-up, review or a second opinion if needed. Cast monitoring, reviewing the decision about surgery and planning recovery are discussed at this stage. For initial action in orthopaedic emergencies, see fractures, dislocations and orthopaedic emergencies.
